How to lose weight by eating chocolate

Nowadays, it seems like everyone and their mother wants to lose weight. The old adage is that if a dieter wants to lose weight, then eating chocolate is forbidden fruit. Well, my dieting friends, today is the day to forget you ever heard that terrible dieting advice and start losing weight by you guessed it!eating chocolate. So, good luck!

At this time to lose weight and eat chocolate, you must stay away from low-quality sugary chocolate. This means that majority of the chocolate that you could buy from a convenience or the aisle of a grocery will not work for helping you to reduce weight.
When you shop for chocolate look for chocolate that has a cocoa content of at least 75%.
Stock up on this high quality chocolate to assist has long period achievement in bringing up the rear weight. I suggest getting this sort of chocolate from Target they actually go on sale fairly frequently and that is your opportunity to obtain them at a lower price, because in general they are further costly than the Hershey barthat will only help you in gaining weight if you eat it regularly.

Here I also include the appropriate ways to take the cocoa in your meal :
1
**Chocolate Yoghurt**
Starting from dark chocolate to white chocolate flavours, yoghurt has never tasted better! At most yoghurt dishes coming in at beneath 200 calories, it's a small amount of calorie way to obtain in your protein and calcium every day necessities. Various chocolate yoghurt also put in fruit to the mix; if not, you can all the time add your own fresh fruit.

**Chocolate Chip Waffles**

Consume single chocolate chip waffle will put in you back 120 calories. You not only acquire a low calorie treat, but will also get in nutrients like calcium, iron, and vitamin A.

3
**chocolate cereal**

Scroll down the cereal aisle at any main superstore and you'll discover more than a few variations of chocolate cereal. Cereal manufacturers have wise up and most offer relatively healthy goods.

My favourite chocolate cereal is Special K's Chocolaty Delight. This low calorie, low fat cereal is a dieter's dream with its toasted flakes and chocolate bits. Plus, like most cereals, it contains supplementary nutrients that your body wants. This cereal is pricey, so I recommend stocking up when it's on sale and using coupons, if feasible.

**Chocolate Pudding**

Ranging in calories starting 60 to 130 per cup depending on whether it's sugar free, contains candy/cookie bits, etc. pudding is a rich and creamy method to gratify a chocolate passion. Mixing in fresh fruit adds a healthy sweetness. I like to freeze sugar free chocolate pudding for a healthier alternative to ice cream.

 5
**Chocolate Coffee**

There are assortments of chocolate flavoured coffees on the market, from Mocha to Dark Mayan Chocolate. This coffee is extremely satisfying and has only 70 calories per serving.

6
 **Chocolate tea

It has zero calories. I repeat, zero calories.  It is a Trader Joe's brand, though. If you don't have a Trader Joe's near you, doing a Google look for for 'chocolate tea' will bring up additional brands of chocolate tea. I like to sometimes add a bit of milk to bring out the richness of the chocolate tea.

**Chocolate Dip**

Walden Farms makes a array of products that are calorie free. In all sincerity, their calorie free chocolate dip does not flavor as fine as the actual chocolate, but it is calorie free. And, as a dieter trying to lose weight, a calorie free chocolate dip may be just the thing to get your weight loss moving again.

You can use this dip on fruit (especially bananas and strawberries) and on crackers. Use just a little or else the flavour is too strong.

8 **Fattening Chocolate**

Occasionally chocolate substitutes don't work. When your body is craving calorific chocolate, it may be best if you just give in.

BUT you need to do so responsibly. If you tend to indulge on chocolate, then don't buy a gigantic package of whatever you're craving. Buy a single serving size. If there's only a big bag, then promptly throw away the extra chocolate. (Seriously, it's not considered wasteful if all you would have done by keeping the extra chocolate around is binged on it.)
